Plese reset blocked IP.

Hi

TitleID :263C7

I want to reset blocked IP.

Many users in the game are reporting that they cannot connect to the game server.

There were accounts with IP Ban treatment a few days ago, and I found them and deactivated them, but it seems that some IPs are still being blocked.

The IP of the Android app-player(like bluestack) seems to be blocked.

Please find the blocked IP and cancel the reset.

After researching, you banned these IP addresses within 30 days, is it right? If so, you can query all corresponding events on the Data Expolorer. You can navigate to [Game Manager]->[Data]->[Data Explorer] page, then query the event whose name is [player_banned], collect the ban Ids, then use API RevokeBans to revoke the active bans specified with BanIds.
