Invalid Title Key error when trying to create a room using Photon - Title ID 53D0C

Hi,

I have followed the steps in this guide: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/gaming/playfab/sdks/photon/quickstart

to configure everything. But I get the following error when I call CreateRoom through Photon:

Failed to create room 32752 Failed to create game on https://53D0C.playfablogic.com/webhook/1/prod/secretkey/RoomCreated? : Error response ResultCode='1' Message='Invalid title key'.

I followed this thread which mentioned the same issue:

where @Brendan mentioned:

If anyone else is seeing the same error message, please open a ticket specifying your Title ID and we'll get it corrected.

Please help me solve this issue

I have done a test on creating room using Photon, but I cannot reproduce this issue. Do you have access to the support ticket? The minimum required account plan to open support ticket is Standard Account Plan. If you do, please follow this document to open a support ticket: SUPPORT TICKET SUBMISSION.

I understand. And you have quoted the words from Brendan, "If anyone else is seeing the same error message, please open a ticket specifying your Title ID and we'll get it corrected.". Therefore, if you have access to the support ticket, please follow this document to open a support ticket: SUPPORT TICKET SUBMISSION.
