It turns into a terrible tradition...
Once a month (or more often), all my games are unavailable due to glitches on the playfab side
I still don't recommend this bad backend for commercial use.

Can you help me understand your commentary? You literally use PlayFab for your title, but you're saying you don't recommend it. Why have you not moved to using different backend services if that is the case?
Our full history of all non-trivial incidents is in our Status Page (PlayFab Status), and I would invite anyone to review it and ask us any questions about anything they see there. The incident the other day (which impacted Cloud Script for a brief period for most titles) was due to an unexpected condition in the VMs. Each time something like this occurs, we have a review process internally to add more alerting, and to apply any fixes that can help to prevent similar conditions in future.
Same here. All Titles. Executing a particular Cloudscript causes this error message:
"A third-party downstream provider returned an error to the PlayFab service"
Players can log in, our cloudscript to fetch the player's data is fine, fetching title data is fine and then it fails when retrieving inventory.
Yes, same here.. all CloudScripts are returning 503's, most likely it's the same for every game.
Why is the status page not updated (https://status.playfab.com/)? Why is there no communication about the downtime?
