Let's say I have a VC with 0 Recharge rate and 0 Recharge maximum.
A player has 1000 of that VC. Then the recharge rate and recharge maximum are both changed to 1.
Will the player still have 1000 VC? Or will it be capped by the recharge maximum also?
The recharge max on a VC isn't a limit on the number of that VC they can have - it just stops automatic regeneration of the VC if your at or over that number. If you sell or grant VC to the player, they can go over the recharge maximum by any amount. So no, the player would still have 1,000 of that VC.
