verification system

Hello!i cant sent verify e-mail 1 Created title 2 SMTP installed(image 1) 3 created Email Templates(image 2) 4 created rules(image 3) 5 add script(image 4) but verification status Unverification(image 5) and unselect language letter do not come to the email
