The test purchases that have been made on iOS TestFlight devices are showing up as really money spends in all of our reports. This impacts revenue, ARPU, etc. Is there any way to filter out those purchases, reverse or refund then, delete them, etc.? We are trying to determine how to make our reports accurate. Thanks!
Currently, there is no such feature that filters the sandbox purchases out from the reports. If you would like to have this feature, you could post a thread in the feature request forum, similar to this: https://community.playfab.com/idea/38663/support-paypal-sandbox.html.
For now, you could use the Data Explorer to query the purchase event and exclude the event of the test user. But please note that the event history usually holds the events for 30 days and it is not possible to query events 30+ days earlier.
