Anyone successfully hooked playfab into phpBB (3.1.x)?

As the topic says, has anyone managed to get playfab working with the recent phpBB version?

We are not yet at that stage where forum/website integration is top priority, but some information on this would be lovely to start doing early testing. We are most interested hooking playfab accounts into phpbb, so that user can login using same login information (username and password) as they are using in our playfab powered games, possible also password reset done within phpbb itself (profile manager).

Hi Michael,

We do not currently have an OAuth integration with phpBB, so using the same login would not be possible. This sounds like a case where it would be good for us to get the full set of requirements from someone close to the issue. Could you send a summary to us at devrel@playfab.com, so that we can make sure this is captured in our tracking system?

Any updates on this, @Brendan? Would it be possible to use the PlayFab account to log into phpBB (or any other similar forum type)?

We never heard from anyone else on this, so it hasn't been prioritized. We do plan to make a generic OAuth integration available in an upcoming release, so it's possible that when we have that, it would allow you to integrate phpBB.
