Eliminating false positive in Community Sift

We enabled the Community Sift add-on for filtering display names and it seems to be blocking some innocuous account names.

For instance, our test account "2 Dev 810328778" fails the profanity display check while it doesn't appear to contain any profanity that we can identify.

Is there a way to configure Community Sift or to maybe get more visibility into the rules being applied? There doesn't seem to be any configuration available through the add-on page in PlayFab.

Depending on the age setting you configure in Community Sift (kid, teen, or adult), it applies different rules on what can pass their test and what can't (the most restrictive, of course, being filtering for kids). Some of the things it blocks, while they seem innocuous to many folks, use contextualized abbreviations, acronyms, or even numerically encoded messages that have become common-use in some groups, and which are considered offensive or even threatening. For a specific reason on why a particular name was blocked, you'd need to talk to the folks at TwoHat, the makers of Community Sift. In particular, the instance of Community Sift running for all developers to use is the default "bad language" configuration. So if you'd like to have them set up a custom configuration for your title, you can work with them to get a contract for a version that's tuned to your needs.
