Is there a way to grab the current TitleID from cloudscript much like "currentPlayerId" holds the current player Id?

Yes, the Title ID is available as:

script.titleId

Also, the Revision is available as:

script.revision

We'll have some updated docs available soon for Cloud Script, to help clarify all this.
