Playstream monitor is not showing events

I m using executeCloudScript method with GeneratePlayStreamEvent = true

But m unable to see any events in PlayStream Monitor. What I'm missing in settings or code?

  1. Double-check the Title ID you have configured in the URL and login request.
  2. Refresh the PlayStream monitor and wait for few second before you call the login API.
