Websockets for custommultiplayer server

Hi I'm working on a unity WebGL app that uses a "dark rift" server and web sockets. It works fine in the mock environment but seems to fail to connect to the custom server when uploaded. The WebGL-Server combo has been verified to work outside playfab (AWS)

We successfully log into Playfab and receive the IP/Port but that's where the party ends.

Are there any specifics that apply to this use case?

You are using Multiplayer Servers (2.0) to host your servers, is that correct? And, what are the error details when connecting to the custom server?
