How to get User email based on Playfab Id?

Hi, I need help on this question, I have tried GetPlayerCombinedInfo but no success, please help me out on this.

Can you please provide the Title ID, PlayFab ID of the account making the call, PlayFab ID of the account you're trying to read (if it's not the same), the code snippet showing how you're making the call, and the error message you get back when you make the call?
