Currently on the Standard Plan.
We have a use case on which running a scheduled task targeting "All Players" takes between 3-4 minutes.
Is there any custom increase we can perform to have a quicker execution?

When the scheduled tasks are run in sequence, there will be an upper limit for each title to accommodate players per second, generally 100 players per second, but this value is used as an estimate. You can refer to Bulk Job/schedule tasks limitation - Playfab Community to learn more about scheduled task execution rate.
