unable to retrieve password ,I can't retrieve my password

I have an account, I. forgot the password whenever I tried to retrieve the account I got this error.

I didn't got any recovery email.

Please contact the account team via submitting a ticket on Contact us (playfab.com). You may select Question Type with "Problems logging in".
