How to know how many servers per machine on a single Virtual Machine.

I am using Playfab matchmaking and playFab server,

can anyone tell me how would I measure and know how many servers per virtual machine to put in the Server build setting?

You will need to test it on your own as the server build usage can be varied. As the PlayFab Multiplayer Server is available for developers to access, you may implement local tools there to monitor the resource consumption of the VM. You may host a series of internal tests to collect resource consumption logs for analysis. Please also refer to the answers on Multiplayer Server Stats Monitoring - Playfab Community.
