My multiplayer server status still "Enabling multiplayer servers" since a long time

Long time = 1/2 days .

And my title ID is 9F9CF.

Do you have access to the support ticket? If so please open a support ticket such that your issue could be better handled. You could open a support ticket in following steps:

  1. Log in to PlayFab.com.
  2. Navigate to the Title Overview page of the title needing support.
  3. To access the help menu, select the ? in the top right navigation bar.
  4. Select Contact Us.

If you don’t have the access, we will report your issue to corresponding team and whenever there is any update we will keep you informed.

I'm very patient but any update to my issue. Should i take a paid plan to open a ticket to the support ?
