PlayFab returning 503

Our PlayFab environment is returning 503s right now. Our game is completely down.

I haven't see a response from the ticket I filed a bit ago. I need urgent assistance in bringing it back up.

Is there an on-call line I can contact about getting the environment back online?

Our engineer should have replied you using email. Have you got the response from the support ticket? If so, please contact the engineer that emailed you for the continued support.
