Currently, PlayFab doesn’t support wild card search for player accounts. Please feel free to send a thread on the Feature Requests forum: https://community.playfab.com/spaces/24/index.html.
Meanwhile, if you are using PlayFab Data Explorer to query PlayStream Events, it could be supported as Kusto Query Language supports Wild Card sentences, and you may filter those events whose ID matches a certain pattern. You may refer to the official document on String operators - Azure Data Explorer | Microsoft Docs. Otherwise, it is also recommended consulting the Azure team to know more about KQL.
