We upgraded "Pay as you go" from Free, but plan not active

In the dashboard it shows, our new plan will be active on Jan 1, 2021. Our production game is not loading as we have exceeded the free plan usage limit. Please fix this soon.

Thanks,

Yes, the way plan selection works in the Game Manager is that it schedules your new tier to start on the first of the following month. The main reason for this is because we cannot charge part of a month in one tier and another part in a different tier - we can only bill all usage for a month in one tier. So rather than backdate to the start of the month (which may not be what you want - particularly as we get closer to the end of a month), it is a scheduled change. Later, we'll provide a way to specify "and backdate this to the start of the current month" in the Game Manager.

For now, if that's what you need done, we need you to specifically instruct us to change your account to be in the new tier, backdated to the start of the current month. Please use the Contact Us form on the main site (https://playfab.com/contact/) using the "Billing/Account question" Question Type, and specify a Studio or Title ID in the account, the new tier you want to be in, and that you want this backdated to the start of the current month. Please note that we can only make that change for you if you are an Admin in the Studio in question or if you are the configured billing contact for the account.

We still see the same error, This request is not allowed due to API usage limits for the title.

Its been almost a month now since our game is un playable, we had sent out an email as well to upgrade our plan in current billing cycle. This is not acceptable, We are loosing our players.

That error occurs specifically when a title has been shut down in the service, due to invoices going unpaid. We reached out several times back in October and November about outstanding invoices, but received no response. As a result, the title was shut down at the end of November. I'll follow-up with you in email on this.
