I assume you are using UE4 to implement a dedicated server. I don’t have many details of your game projects, but this error messages indicates a general issue and you may need to compile a source version of Unreal Engine to solve this issue. Please refer to the UE4 official document on: Setting Up Dedicated Servers | Unreal Engine Documentation
