Clarification on differences between player statistics and character statistics

Do leaderboards, statistic reset frequency, and statistic aggregation method only work at the player level and not the character level?

Statistic definitions (CreatePlayerStatisticDefinition) are specific to Player Statistics currently. So resets and the various aggregation method settings are only configurable for Player Statistics, yes. We'll be adding that for Character stats at a later date.

However, Leaderboards are available for both Player and Character statistics.

Are leaderboards for characters present in the Game Manager? If So where can they be found?

While Character statistics are available in the Game Manager (in the Character tabs), Character Leaderboards are not, yet. We have a backlog item to add this, but we don't have a date we can provide for when this will be available currently.
