GetPlayersInSegment not matching Playfab portal without deleting players

Hi,

I have been using GetPlayersInSegment (All Players) but it has recently started to not pull the same number of players as listed in the portal.

I have not ever deleted any players as I know that this can cause a mismatch. I played around with different segments and they seem to be underreporting as well.

segment ID: 103A28CDC780D6BB. (GetPlayersInSegement returns 716 consistently)

Title ID: FAE8E
