Using playfab in a game for children ?

We are currently trying to get a children's game approved on the Apple App Store. We have been rejected multiple times, and we are down to only one problem nos : Playfab

We already have turned off the full ip login, and we have received from Playfab some more suggestions of what we can change to get accepted : some of them require some important code modification, that would not be a problem if we weren't in the process of changing our whole dev team. Before we send time fixing all the Playfab issues, does anyone here have or know of some children's game that have been recently approved in the Apple App Store ? Or is that a lost cause ?

As far as we know, there are some COPPA compliant games running with our service (ex: Disney's "Emoji Blitz" that can be found in App Store). As this thread said, the best source of info for what will or won't pass Apple's certification would be Apple. You can try to contact apple or your own legal counsel for more suggestions.

Some basics would include turning off recording the last octet of IP Addresses and device info reporting in your title's Settings->Data Collection tab, and using an anonymous identifier, like a randomly generated XUID that you store locally or in the user's Apple Keychain. But yes, there are quite a few games that are targeted at children running on Apple using PlayFab. What specific reason did the Apple certification team give for the rejection?
