Set the SecondsUntilRecharge time from cloudscript

Is it possible the set the secondsuntilrecharge value of a specific player's virtual currency from cloudscript?

Do you mean the SecondsToRecharge of a rechargeable VC? In that case, this value is maintained by PlayFab on the backend and there is no such API to modify it, you can retrieve such info for a specific player from GetUserInventory.
