Account Recovery Email loads blank web page

I am not sure when this started but the link in the Account Recovery email now leads to a blank page with an error "player.playfab.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 503".


This is true for emails sent using PlayFabClientAPI.SendAccountRecoveryEmail and also when we use the "Send Password Reset Email" checkbox in the Master Player Account section on developer.playfab.com.
