Looks like you recently just deleted a large number of players, and please note that the number displayed on the Players tab is going to reflect the total players - including deleted players - for up to 30 days. Therefore, I would suggest that you wait for a while before it gets updated, if that won’t help, we’ll investigate further.
As you said, we wait a lot.
But it is not solved.
Please delete all players of Last login than 90 days ago, instead of us.
What we want is the number of all players under 1,000,000.
The odd thing is the actual number of players is 67,000 when we calculate.
But the dashboard of playfab always shows 403,427 as below.
We need to solve this by the end of this month to stay free of your pricing plan.

BTW, could you please try using the GetPlayersInSegment API to see how many players are there in the "3 month" & "All players" segment?
Player deletion issue should be resolved now, you deleted about 200k players in total in the past, now there are about 200k players left in your title. You can try using Scheduled Tasks to delete more players, any issues please let us know.
Sorry for any inconvenience. This issue has been resolved now. As we can see you've initialized a segment job and had the players to be deleted correctly. Now, your player count is under 50K.
