I was wondering if there is any ETA for leaderboard v2. The new leaderboard system will be useful for our game. Depending on the ETA, I'm going to change some code in the game.
You can always see the roadmap for upcoming features in our roadmap page (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/gaming/playfab/roadmap/). The updated leaderboards service has been delayed, but it's currently a top priority for the team to get completed and released to public preview. We'll update the roadmap (and likely have a blog post) when it's available.
@Brendan the roadmap hasn't been updated for ten and a half months. Is the updated leaderboards service likely to be available any time soon?
Approximate timescales would be useful for our own scheduling.

There have been a number of changes internally, and we have a new owner of the Roadmap. They're working through the details now, but have committed to providing more regular updates to the Roadmap page shortly.
In terms of the v2 statistics service, we don't have a solid date we can provide just yet. That is one of the items we've raised as a key priority for an update as soon as possible.
