How to update pricing as Indie Tier?

We are currenlty on the Indie Tier. We have not yet updated our pricing plan. Is there a seperate pricing plan for indie tier users to update too?

No, the available tiers are what you see on the pricing page (http://playfab.com/pricing). That said, the core service (the things that were included in the Indie tier under the $99 flat rate) are still available in the free tier, if you have less than 100K player accounts.

Hey @Brendan, my game servers are now disabled on my title. Do you have any idea what is causing this? https://community.playfab.com/questions/44740/multiplayer-servers-unavailable.html. At first, I thought it was pricing plans but now I'm thinking it might just be a bug? Especially since we didn't have to update until October?

Yes, there's a current incident: https://status.playfab.com/. Once that's resolved, you should be fine.

@Brendan If we are currently on the Indie Tier and are not yet ready to launch a title and go live, what do we have to do to make sure we stay on a free tier when October rolls around?

At the end of October, all remaining v1 accounts (with the exception of a small number of Enterprise accounts with contracts that signed/renewed just before the announcement about v2 pricing - those will transition at the end of their current contract period) will convert to v2 pricing. Since in the free tier you have have up to 10 titles in Development Mode, if you have 10 or fewer titles and none of those titles have 100,000 or more player accounts, you'll be in the free tier.

Once you've converted to v2, click into any title to look at it. If you see "Upgrade Account" at the top, you're in the free tier. If you see "Launch Title", you're in the Standard or Premium tier.

@Brendan Currently, the "Update Pricing" button wants me to update to a $99.00 per month pricing tier which we are not ready for yet. Should I just wait for October to automatically move me back to the free tier? Or is there something I have to do before October rolls around?
