0% chance item in drop table. Can players win that if they are so lucky?

Hello,

I was wondering if a player can receive the item that is marked with red arrow in the image. With this weight distribution, PlayFab says it's 0%

There is always a chance for an item to get opened in a drop table as long as it has some weights defined (not matter how small). And, that PlayFab shows 0.000% for the last item is probably due to the fact that PlayFab corrects to 3 decimal places for the “Odds” displayed. Therefore, 1/265720 (0.000376335993%) is adjusted to 0.000%.

Yes of course, as the drop is calculated using the weights, not the odds.
