We have 3 titles set to send automated reports. Today we didn't receive any mails, however, reports were generated in the Dashboard tab of the Playfab. Could you aid us on what the potential issue could be?
The time of sending the email reports is based on the Coordinated Universal Time(UTC). So you can try to convert your emails’ receiving time to UTC time to check if there are still missing dates. Besides, the email subscription is not the most reliable way to monitor reports of your title. Its sending time is not fixed each time. The sending of emails will also be affected by some external factors.
For the convenience of management, you can consider using this API GetDataReport in your administrative tools to actively download the reports according to the corresponding UTC time. This API retrieves a download URL for the requested report, you can use the REST method “Get” to download the report from the URL.
