While using the Unity SDK and trying to code an AddUsernamePasswordRequest, I've noticed that this function is actually missing the PublisherID definition despite being listed in the API documentation.

Thanks for calling that out - it appears that the Unity SDK was not re-generated when we updated. We'll get that corrected ASAP.

the LoginWithEmailAddress API call wrapper is also missing.

Correct, anything added to the Web API set since the last time the SDKs were updated would be missing. Again, we'll get those updated shortly (likely tomorrow, once we have the full staff back in the office, as today is a national holiday in the US).
