Game Manager Segments 'is greater than' operator in error

I made this segment: First login (date) is greater than 8/3/2016, but it doesn't calculate Matching Players correctly. It appears to return the value for 'is less than'.

Example:

1) First login (date) is greater than 8/3/2016 --> Matching Players = 1733

2) First login (date) is greater than or equal to 8/3/2016 --> Matching Players = 36

3) First login (date) is less than 8/3/2016 --> Matching Players = 1733

4) First login (date) is less than or equal to 8/3/2016 --> Matching Players = 1733

1) incorrect

2) correct

3) correct

4) probably correct
