Problem: For several past days part of the Playfab native events was not tracked for all players

Recently, we noticed that on our LIVE mobile game project we do not see(receive) all events in the event history and that they are basically not saved on the Playfab. Almost every player was affected by that issue and we lost some valuable analytics data.

There is a known issue record on Aug 6, 2020 in the service status page. This issue is “PlayStream Processing Delays” which may affect the function of Play Stream. This issue should have been resolved now, you can check this page -- PlayStream Processing Delays for the details of it.

Besides, if you have a live title, we guess you have a developer account that subscribed to the paid plan. If so, you can submit any technical questions in your Game Manager's contact page for the private ticketed supports. You can follow this thread -- PlayFab Support Overview to navigate to the [Contact Us] page. Please feel free to submit the ticket for it if this issue still exists.
