We have noticed the issue recently and according to the feedback from the team, it has been fixed. Can you try again?
If this issue still exists, I will suggest configuring the settings in Add-ons page of Game Manager again to see if it works. If possible, you may share a network capture for us to dig into it. Otherwise, feel free to open a ticket in SCEDevNet - they know who to pull in from our team when there are PlayFab questions.
