Build Unhealthy On Photon Bolt Demo

I followed Photon bolt with Play fab integration Demo and I got deployed when I Used PlayFab Game scene. But When I changed the third Scene from "PlayFabGame" to Bolt Demo game scene it became Unhealthy.Kindly help me in solving this issue.
