What's the difference between PlayFabMultiplayerAPI.ListQosServersForTitle and ListQosServers?

These too api seems same, just wondering.

From what I can tell, ListQosServersForTitle will return the QoS servers only in the regions that you have builds running on (StandBy/Active/etc). Whereas ListQosServers will return all QoS servers.
