How long does it take for the APIs to respond? And, I don’t think the tier plan is the main issue here, the response time depends on many factors: DNS Lookup, TCP&SSL Handshakes, time spent processing on PlayFab servers, routing among internet nodes, etc. Therefore, you may need to check the network connection status between your device and PlayFab servers (the core PlayFab service is currently hosted in AWS US West 2 (Oregon), so distant locations will naturally have longer packet latency) to identify the main issue that’s prolonging the response time.
