AWS IP address blacklisted

We are currently having problems sending our password recovery emails and are getting the following error message:

"ErrorName": "SmtpServerAuthenticationError",
"ErrorMessage": "Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: host 34.213.208.16 is listed at zen.spamhaus.org (127.0.0.3); see"

Other listed IPs with a similar error are:
52.13.201.178
34.216.170.167

What can I do to prevent this error from occurring again?

Those three IP addresses you listed above are PlayFab’s Static IPs where all outbound traffic are made. Therefore, in order to prevent this error from happening again, you’ll need to whitelisting those IPs.

We tried to request a delist. This only works for a short of time, but then the IP addresses are blacklisted again. The blacklisting is done automatically. We are not able to fix the cause, as I understand it, only Playfab can fix it. And until the cause of the problem is resolved, Playfab's AWS ip addresses will continue to be blacklisted. Until the problem is fixed, we cannot send account recovery emails to our users.
