Regional Leaderboards - Is it possible now?

In this thread (https://community.playfab.com/questions/7726/leaderboard-what-is-best-practice-in-playfab-to-sh.html), there's a discussion that regional leaderboards will become available later this quarter in 2017. Are regional leaderboards available now / is there a better option now than just creating one leaderboard per country?

Playfab does not support filtering the leaderboards via the regions now. Creating separate leaderboards for different regions is still the only choice.

As our Roadmap page mentions, “Improved Leaderboards’ service is available today in private previews. As we further incorporate your feedback, we will make this generally available to all PlayFab users.” Please keep an eye on our roadmap for the official latest updates.

@Sarah Zhang Ah thanks! Is there any known date yet when it might move to public preview / be released? Is there any chance to enter the private preview and test it? :)

We are unable to announce anything about new features in the answers. Access to this feature is restricted to select titles that PlayFab actively reaches out to. Please keep an eye on our roadmap for the official updates. Thanks for understanding.
