Playstream Events not working?

I have a rule created for new players, that executes two CloudScript functions and grants one item to the player. The item never gets granted, but there are two kinds of flavors of this problem when monitoring the playstream in the portal:

1) Nothing except "entity created" appears in the playstream log

2) Sometimes "Successfully granted 1 740 from catalog bWFpbg%3d%3d to player." appears.

Note in the second case the weird catalog name (it's called "main" in reality). Also when looking at the event details, it says "Item could not be found on given catalog."

I am mostly testing using the "new player" button in the portal.

Looks like the issue has been healed now and rules are working, as well as the other issues we saw with catalogs

Would you please share your title id, name of the Rule and CloudScript functions for us to investigate further?

Ok, title: 20830, rule: D63BC9F0A34049C4. This rule only has the "grant item" action and nothing else so the cloudscript functions are not needed.

Looks like Playerstream events is working now, are you still experiencing the issue?

Yes, still there.

1) Create a rule

2) Create "Grant Item" action

3) Using "Select Item" select an item (or just type it in the box, doesn't matter)

4) Save, trigger the action

=>

* Playstream monitor says "successfully given XXX from <some weirdness here>"

* Opening the event from the ps monitor, error message reads "item not found from given catalog"

* Item is not added to the inventory

Please note also that I currently have a workaround in cloudscript that grants this item, so it will appear in the player's inventory

Same issue we have now. Rules do not work.

Looking at Brendan's answer: https://community.playfab.com/answers/40104/view.html, you can do a quick fix by re-saving the Actions, if that doesn't work, please let us know.
