Is there a way to change the user password without the need to send an email to recover it? Like sending the new password and the old to change it?

No, right now, the only way to change the user password from the client would be to request a password reset email. A request which contains both the old and new passwords is a good thought, though. I'll add that to our backlog. Thanks!
To be clear, requesting a feature doesn't queue it for development. It adds it to our backlog, where it is tracked and prioritized. We prioritize in part based upon the number of developers asking for each feature (priority is basically our overall strategic goals for the business, plus the aggregate of the community's requests). Unfortunately, as this particular concept has had few requests, it's still well below other items that developers are asking for. Our current recommendation would be to use a customized password reset email for this.
You may also want to consider adding this to our Feature Requests forum, so that others can "like" the request (to help with prioritization).
