Facebook and Device ID. How to switch phones and recover account?

I'm a bit confused on this flow. Here is my example.

Device 1: LoginWithAndroidID -> Link Facebook Account A (User A)

Device 2: LoginWithIOSID -> Link Facebook Account B (User B)

Device 1: Completely uninstall and clear cache -> Login with Facebook Account B (User B) to recover data -> Unlink Device ID (???) -> Link Device ID

My question is, when going cross-platform. Do I just make calls to every platform to "unlink all device ids", or is there a better way?

In the following steps:

Are you trying to unlink User B from Device 2 and link Device 1 to it?
