Is there a way to get all playstream events from an specific player and a date range?

We have reports from users connecting through Steam from Germany that are getting disconnection error and we are almost sure it's connected to some playfab calls returning an error. When these players try to connect through a VPN from another country it works.

In order to know what's happening, we need to get the playstream events that happened for an specific user on a date range. Is this possible? If so can you detail how to do it?

Any other insights on why this could be happening would be highly appreciated.

Hi @admin-17, we received some similar issues that requests from German having mass failure. The current investigation result is that the most popular Germany ISP (Telekom) is having issues connecting to AWS (among other web services): https://telekomhilft.telekom.de/t5/Telefonie-Internet/Seit-gestern-Abend-25-03-2020-massive-Stoerungen-bei-ZWIFT-com/m-p/4483557#M1216207

And, if you ever find that other ISPs are having the similar issue, please collect the logs and calculate the failure rate so that we can "feedback" this to the team.
