Snowflake Data Issues March 2020

We're not seeing data show up in our Playfab data share in Snowflake. Data appears to have stopped as of March 23rd.

Is playfab experiening any problems that would delay data delivery to snowflake?

According to the Service Health page, there were PlayStream Processing Delays on Mar 24-26, 2020. It should have been resolved, please check it again.

I just checked again, and the issue still persists. Data has stopped as of March 23. @kevinbaxtrom @Sarah Zhang @seojeongah80

For example coming from the raw source. Fallout drops from 23K records to 2 on March 23. @Sarah Zhang can we escalate this?

select count(*), to_date(ts) from PLAYFAB_SHARED.PLAYFAB_SHARED.PLAYFAB_ARCHIVE_SHARED where title_id ='TITLE_ID' group by 2 order by 2 desc
