What should I set to my ProviderName for Apple on MacOS , iTunes Sandbox or iTunes doesn't work

I tried Apple , AppStore , iTunes nothing seems to work , Its MacOS IAP not iOS i need it for Mac App Store

Could you please tell us where the ProviderName do you want to set? Could you please provide which API or features are you using?
