Did he receive the confirmation email sent from PlayFab? New members should check the email to complete the invitation process.
He is getting the invite, but when he clicks into area, there's no titles. We revoked and resent with the same result. We tried giving the the user different areas, with the same effect. It was time to reach out for support.
The issue is that after he clicks on the "COMPLETE PLAYFAB REGISTRATION" link in the email invite it takes him immediately to a page that tells him that he doesn't have access to any titles.His invite stays in a pending state.
He does have an option to contact support on the page if the message is believed to be in error, I asked him to see what happens when he clicks on that link.And revoking the invite and sending a new one doesn't resolve the problem. We have even tried including additional titles and he gets the same result.
We are unable to reproduce this issue in the testing title. Could you please provide the TitleId and this member's email address?
