You may need to check the doc PlayStream for the basic knowledge and concepts of PlayFab Event pipeline. Then you can refer to the Actions and rules quickstart for a tutorial to react to a subset of one type of PlayStream events in real time.
The Title level’s built-in events can be tracked by Playfab Rules. title_catalog_updated is abuilt-in Title event which can be tracked directly, PlayFab cannot track the rules’ updates. Because currently, there are no corresponding events for it. To know what are the built-in events of Playfab, you can check the PlayStream Event Model reference.
