HTTP 500 ERROR CODE,HTTP ERROR 500

I tried to enter the 'Billing' tab to use the 'CDN' function, but 'HTTP 500 CODE' is occurring continuously. In addition, 'File Management' happens the same thing. I want to pay you. Please take the money from my credit card. Why is this problem happening? What is the solution? I changed the Internet, but it's not working.
