Exists way to create segment with several counties ? I can select single country several times but between selections always "and"

In other words, what about "IN" / "NOT IN" ? Since exists campaigns for multiple countries, e.g.

Yes, there is a way to achieve to create a segment with several countries. Filters are combined using the AND operator. Groups are combined using the OR operator. According to your descriptions, the OR operator can achieve the demand, if you want to do the OR operation, please use [ADD GROUP] button. Please check this section Advanced segment filtering for more details.
