May I ask what is the scenario? Currently PlayFab supports get segmentation details via GetAllSegments Admin API, where Segment ID, Name and ABTestParent are included. There is no API available to create a segment via API call.

I need integrate segmentation between PF and our system which uses AI to tune manually created segment rules. So, to use PF I need full segment definition include rules. Best - each operation with segment creates event.
Then, if I want use your reporting/segment actions, I need return changes to PF.

We have a goal of providing API endpoints for all the PlayStream components as soon as we can. An example of this would be the Push Template API methods called out in our roadmap (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/gaming/playfab/roadmap/).
